In this thoughtfully renovated Roncesvalles home, our clients sought to rework the most vital areas of their space - the kitchen and primary suite - while updating the flooring and refining the flow throughout. With a busy family life and frequent travel, functionality was key, but so was preserving the charm and character of the original home.

The reimagined kitchen centres around a custom-designed table and built-in nook, striking a balance between relaxed everyday living and elevated design. In the primary suite, a rich green zellige tile became the anchor for a serene, layered retreat - offering a moment of calm amid a full life.

Every detail was considered to ensure the home felt cohesive, characterful, and intentionally tailored to the way this family lives now.
